Vicky Pattison has not been diagnosed with a rare eating disorder, OK! online has learned.
It was earlier reported that the 31 year old had been diagnosed with NS-RED after gaining weight without knowing why.
Doctors were thought to have told the former Geordie Shore star she had the condition, which sees people unknowingly eat in the middle of the night.
However, an insider has rubbished the claims to OK! online, branding them “totally and utterly inaccurate.”
A source had previously told The Sun Online: “Vicky goes to bootcamps about three times a year, regularly exercises and watches what she eats — in the daytime.
“So to discover her body is betraying her at night has come as such a blow.
“She would put on about half a stone and couldn’t figure out why. Then one morning she saw the detritus of a 3am blowout and worked it out, and has now been diagnosed with NS-RED.

“But she has overcome greater obstacles than this and is determined to beat it.”
Earlier this week, I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! champion Vicky took to Instagram to admit she had put on weight in an honest post to her 4.3million followers.
Posing makeup free, she wrote: “I have a chest infection that I haven’t been able to shake and it’s making me cranky.
“I’m lonely, I’ve gained weight recently and it’s getting me down, no matter how much I pretend I’m OK with it.
“I’m overwhelmed in the world I’m in. I ate Doritos last night in my sleep (yes, I sleep eat). I miss my mam. I’m drowning in these thoughts and I don’t feel inspirational.
“My point is, maybe if we’re more honest, we all won’t feel so alone. THANK YOU for listening and I hope you’re a little less hard on yourselves today for it.”
